Me

I was born in 1965 – a cracking year. The world was waiting for someone of significance to be born, just two years previously Kennedy was assassinated and it would be another year before England was to win the World Cup, bringing with it it’s successful, yet mostly ugly, stars.
The sixties was a decade of dynamism and change, of hedonism and conflict. Yet, from this maelstrom of chaotic creation came a very ordinary, creatively-challenged, unremarkable Londoner, showing no promise in his early days of the genius that was to come.
That has yet to come. Instead I have spent the intervening decades doing just enough to get by, with little discernible effort or skill. From these meager efforts have sprung a number of Quake mods. Some poor, some laughable. Some even work.
This blog details my latest effort; a complicated, over-ambitious mess of plagiarism and failure. Limited by both my skill and an aged game, but mostly my skill.
